Conferences Registration Payment Terms
Currency Exchange Rate Disclaimer: By acknowledging and accepting these terms, you confirm that any gain or loss resulting from currency exchange rate adjustments made by your bank is your responsibility. LEO Conferences will not be liable for any losses incurred due to currency exchange rate adjustments. Furthermore, LEO Conferences will not pursue you for collection if any adjustment is made in your favor.
Submission of a registration online, by phone, email, or fax constitutes an official registration and expresses your intent to attend the Conference. Invoices must be paid upon receipt, and full payment is required prior to the Conference for entry.
If LEO Conferences is unable to resolve a payment issue and you choose to dispute the credit card charge, your electronic statement may be used as evidence of the validity and justness of the charge. If you encounter any issues with your credit card charge, please contact LEO Conferences at customerservice@leoconferences.org.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend the Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the LEO Global Conferences team at customerservice@leoconferences.org.
The attendee cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80%-100% of the registration fees.
Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff date or nonattendance will not be refunded, and tickets will not be reactivated. If a balance is due for cancellations made after the cutoff date, the full registration amount remains payable.
Please be aware that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. It is your responsibility to cancel your own hotel and travel reservations.
Substitution and Badge Policy
Registrations can be substituted with another attendee until the conference start date, subject to approval by LEO Conferences. Please note that certain conferences require attendees to be qualified by LEO to attend, and any substitutions would also require approval. “No Shows” will be considered cancellations according to the cancellation cutoff date in the Cancellation Policy outlined above. Invitations that are part of a LEO membership or invitational program cannot be transferred or substituted. Please consult your LEO representative for any additional terms that may apply to your LEO agreement.
Sharing of attendee passes is strictly prohibited. Badges will only be issued to and used by the attendee named in the registration. Each attendee must present a photo ID when collecting a badge onsite. Badges must be worn at all times during the Conference.
A LEO Conference badge grants entry to the overall Conference but does not guarantee admission to every session, lounge, or meeting area. Admission is subject to venue capacity and other requirements. For example, certain sessions may be restricted from vendor attendees.
