Zandra A. Webb, the founder and CEO of ZEducation, LLC, is a motivated professional with 20 plus years of educational experience ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through College level. She has experience as a teacher of all four core areas, an Instructional Coach, a Dean of Instruction, a Principal, an Adjunct Professor, and an Administrator Coach. Zandra obtained her undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and her graduate degrees in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University and Northcentral University. Outside of the education world, Zandra also has experience assisting businesses with leadership development and organizational structures as a certified Business/Entrepreneur Coach and Life Coach.
As a member of the educational sorority, National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc., Zandra dedicates a vast amount of time educating current and future educators and serving in the community. She serves as a School Board member for a local charter school. She has also served as a motivational speaker for women. In 2021, Zandra released her first publication, “When the Heart Cries, Vol. 2” and her second publication in 2023, “When Church Girls Cheat.” She is also a proud mother of two adult children and has a passion for music and reading. Most recently, she has added travel agent to her tool belt as a means of showing others the value of creating experiences for themselves and their families.
In addition, she possesses expertise in relationship building and an aptitude for optimizing performance and motivating colleagues. She is a change agent and she is able to visualize success and identify innovative and effective strategies for achieving it. Her leadership and customer service strengths have enabled her professional growth. She has a solid track record of results empowering others with endless opportunities for development and attaining their personal and professional goals.
