Julia Michasiewicz is an experienced Audit Manager specializing in International Institution and Donor Assurance (IIDA). Currently, she serves as an Audit Manager at BDO UK LLP, a role she has held since February 2019. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading audit engagements for international institutions and donor-funded projects, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, and efficient fund utilization in humanitarian and development initiatives.
Prior to her current role, Julia worked as a Senior Auditor at Moore Stephens UK from February 2019 to December 2023. During her tenure, she gained extensive expertise in auditing, financial risk assessment, and corporate compliance within the UK and international markets.
Julia holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Corporate Finance from EM Normandie Business School (2008–2012). During her studies, she was actively involved in SOLEIL INDIEN, a humanitarian association dedicated to organizing projects in India. She also participated in an ERASMUS exchange program at Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomii i Informatyki w Krakowie (2010–2011), where she focused on intercultural management, marketing, negotiation, sales, economics, law, and supply chain.
